COMMENTARY
If you have read The Constant Gardener (or seen the movie), you already know about the possibilities of corporate America using Africa as a test subject. While the movie is fiction, some possibility that it was at least inspired by an actual occurrence exists.

Tuskegee and  other such experiments on an innocent populace also suggest dots that might be connected herein to a broad sweep of a looming, multi-faceted machine.
