"The ObamaCare law also stipulates that there "shall be no administrative or judicial review" of the board's decisions. Its members will be nearly untouchable, too. They will be presidentially nominated and Senate-confirmed, but after that they can only be fired for "neglect of duty or malfeasance in office.""

TALKING POINTS
Some have connected the ObamaCare's Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) to Hitler's Aktion T4, which was the euthanasia movement in Nazi Germany that began with handicapped children and infants.

Given the present thrust to "mercy-murder" gaining in its expected power (America, Belgium, Netherlands, etc.) now that abortion is sufficiently engrained into the public spirit, a quick refresher course on euthanasia in Nazi Germany is advised. Assisted suicide is a partner in this impetus and it likewise gains in power.

The death thrust is reaching out now to children, as evidenced in this post.

COMMENTARY
As I remind frequently, prophecy is not completely written in stone: it can have a fluid interpretation, as evidenced by Christ's use of John the Baptist as the promised return of Elijah. The application voiced by Christ allows that Elijah (or someone representing the prophet) may return again (many believe he is one of the Two Witnesses of the Apocalypse) before the Second Coming of our Lord.

It allows 'not set in stone.' As I note frequently, prophecy can be metaphorical, literal or both. As well, it can refer to a single event that will be the complete fulfillment, yet have been fulfilled multiple times prior to that final fulfillment. These are essential "Prophecy 101" pointers that need to be the basic understanding for all Christians: prophecy is the defining point of what the verb, watch, implies, even as we also (as is the modern understanding) are to 'watch' ourselves (self-analysis; discipline; being trained in; following through diligently on the new life in Christ given us so that the seed does not die) so that we will be ready.

We are to watch against all possibilities, and with both caution and respect.

Free will demands that prophecy not be written in stone: particular individuals can be presumed, on the basis of the weight of their experience and identity, to react in a certain way to certain impetus. As the herd instinct kicks in, a particular weight one day tips the balance over for all.

To remove free will from the matter, however, tips the very creation into something that is bondage and animal instinct, rather than the exquisite made in the image of God AND freedom from bondage to that enemy that crept in long ago which we are given in Christ Jesus. Certainly, the matter of each of these is far more complex than that mereness, which serves only to attempt to remind of the hugeness of both the universe and the final hour.

It may well be that, as some presume, Islam (or, as an older age determined, Communism) is the final Beast/world order.

I suspect it is more complicated than that and, while each of these are a part of the Beast, Scripture very carefully delineates that it is a most pervasive and most complete assault against all that is holy, and of God.

One area of assault cannot define (or contain) it.

Within these constraints (and inherent function within prophecy of multiple fulfillments), the Beast with seven heads, one of which has a fatal head wound that is restored, could represent a Nazi Germany that returns...

To not say that with utmost caution is as foolhardy as to not say it at all. We operate in that continued suspension between fantastical and exactly what it is and must watch carefully, as much as cautiously.

Whether the head wound is regarded as a metaphor for loss of power or an actual accident (and many there are who see the scars on Mr. Obama's head and get a wee bit nervous), all possibilities (to include a future accident by an individual and/or a future loss of power by a world leader/country) need to respectfully be kept in the back pocket as possibility.

The IPAB is a portion of ObamaCare that must be eradicated, while we still have the power and hope to still act.
