When the people lose the right to frame the government that binds them, the people are no longer governed, but ruled.

As others are pointing out, this is merely another step set inside the goal of a specific future end.

A Court that does not allow or tolerate or defend laws that are passed by the people as a state constitutional amendment, and does not allow that the people had standing to appeal a District Court ruling, is not a court but rather, a tyranny.

Whole lot of tyranny going on...
